Background/objectives: Hypothalamic obesity (HO) occurs in 50% of patients with the pituitary tumor Craniopharyngioma (CP). Attempts have been made to predict the risk of HO based on hypothalamic (HT) damage on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), but none have included volumetry.
